9 month stats
Hudson had his 9 month appointment on May 21, 2008. He was 30.5 in. long and 24 lbs 15 oz. So, once again, T-Hud is above the 95th percentile in height and off the charts in weight. He has gotten the nickname "Steam Roller" and "Big Tiny".
Crawling everywhere!
About two weeks ago Hudson began crawling. For awhile before he was on all fours and rocking back and forth, but all of sudden he figured it all out and he is unstoppable now. Each day he gets faster and faster and braver and braver. Yesterday, he crawled to the office from the living room to see his best friend Bacchus (our 100 lb. German Shepherd). He and Bacchus really get along great and Hudson gets so excited whenever Bacchus comes out to play. I will post a video of Hudson crawling at lightening speed.
Teeth have FINALLY sprouted!!
Hudson officially got his two bottom teeth on March 12, 2008. They had been almost visible for about 2 months, but on that day, they shot up through the gum and sprouted. Now, he loves showing them off.

7 MONTHS!!
I know, I know, he will kill us some day once he is a teenager for taking this picture. But, it is just too cute. This is one of his 6-7 month photos. Mandy Holloway is the photographer and she does such an awesome job. The pics below are also some that she took of him. At his last doc appt. he was 29.5 inches long (100%) and 24 lbs. 11 oz. ( more than 100%). So, he is a BIG boy.
Life's a Beach!!!
On Easter Sunday, we headed to Destin, Fl to spend the week with Sarah Beth (my mom), Aunt Winnie (my sister, Jennifer), and Baby Avery (Hudson's cousin). Hudson got a cold and was too sick to make it to the beach even though he looks perfectly healthy in the above photo. We had a great time. The weather was a little chilly but absolutely gorgeous. This photo was taken on the balcony of my parents' condo.
HOPPY EASTER!!
This is Hudson's first picture with the Easter Bunny. It looks like he is smiling on cue, but in actuality, I am underneath the camera tripod singing "Low" by none other than Flo-Rida. Yes, I did this in the middle of the mall in front of about 35 moms and their kids dressed in their Easter best. Classy right???
RSV, Fifth's Disease, Breathing Treatments...OH NO!!
Well, I have not been a good mommy blogger. But, in my defense since my last post, Hudson was diagnosed with RSV, Fifth's Disease, and another bad cold. So, it has been a busy time for us. This is a picture with Hudson and his new friend, the nebulizer. Hudson had to have breathing treatments for 2 weeks three times a day about a month ago. Last week while we were in Florida for Easter week, he came down with another bad cold. He is now on his second week of breathing treatments. NO FUNNNNNNN!

TEETH!
Well, not really. Those beautiful teeth belong to Hudson's "Bubba Teeth" pacifier that our orthodontist friend, Mark Lahaye, gave us as a joke. However, Hudson is working on sprouting two bottom teeth. He is drooling like crazy and trying to put anything and everything in his mouth. You can see the two little white teeth underneath his gums waiting to poke through. I can't imagine how that feels. Glad to know that he won't remember any of it when he's 30 because I sure don't. But, then again I don't remember what I did earlier in the day anymore.

Don't Come Knockin' When the Exercauser is Rockin'
Hudson loves playing in his exercauser and he does not like to be disturbed. He loves to rock back and forth in it. Watch the video to see him playing in one of his favorite toys.

Les Myles' Mini Me
Les Myles' Mini Me made an appearance the day before the big National Championship game. He predicts the Tigers to win by 10 points. Hudson's grandmother, Sarah Beth, gave him this hat before he was even born. We couldn't help but notice the striking resemblence to good ole Les Myles. FEAR THE HAT!! GEAUX TIGERS.
